General Terms and Conditions

  1. Bonuses and Actual Balance: There is no distinction between bonuses and actual balance. When a user receives a bonus, the balances are combined, using actual balance first, followed by bonus balance. Winnings generated from bonuses will count towards the bonus balance and can only be withdrawn after meeting the wagering requirements. Only the deposited amount is considered the actual balance.

  2. Wagering Requirements: Please note that wagering requirements for bonuses may vary. The current wagering requirements for each bonus are detailed above the bonus card. Wagering contributions differ by game type:

    • Slots – 100% (some exceptions can be found via links);
    • Roulette/ Poker/ Card Games/ Video Poker/ Casual Games – 5%;
    • Others – 0%.

  3. Welcome Bonus Validity: Unless specified otherwise for specific promotions, the welcome bonus issued is valid for 3 days from the date received. Players have 1 day to activate the free spins in the welcome package and 3 days to wager. At the end of the specified period, any remaining or unused bonuses will be removed from the player’s account.

  4. Maximum Bet Limit: The maximum bet limit when wagering is €5/USD (AUD 7.5/CAD 7.5/NOK 50/NZD 7.5/JPY 600/ZAR 90/BRL 30/ or equivalent in BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, DOG). The maximum bet limit (€5) includes doubled bets after a game round is completed and bonus rounds (when purchased in-game).

  5. Maximum Winnings from Deposit Bonuses: The maximum winnings from each deposit bonus (including any deposit bonuses, CP, tournament bonuses, local jackpots, loyalty bonuses, etc.) is €10,000/USD/CAD 15,000/NOK 100,000/AUD 15,000/NZD 15,000/JPY 1,200,000/USD 10,000 or equivalent, unless stated otherwise. For example, if a player wins €11,500 after completing the wagering requirements, €1,500 will be forfeited (deducted from the player’s balance), leaving a balance of €10,000. Winnings exceeding these amounts will be non-withdrawable and will be forfeited.

5.1) Maximum Winnings from Non-Deposit Cash Bonuses: The maximum winnings from any non-deposit cash bonuses, tournament free spins, or free spins is €150/USD/1,500 NOK/AUD 225/CAD/NZD 18,000/2,700 ZAR/800 BRL/ or equivalent in BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, DOG, unless stated otherwise.

  1. Wagering After Activation: Once activated, bonuses will be wagered against the real money and bonus in the player’s account. For example, for a 100% deposit bonus with x50 wagering, this means the actual wagering amount (deposit + bonus) is only x25.

  2. Single Bonus Claim: You can only claim one bonus at a time. Deposit-related bonuses cannot be stacked.

  3. Eligibility for Bonuses: Each individual/account, household, address, email address, credit card number, IP address, and shared computer environment (such as universities, fraternities, schools, public libraries, workplaces, etc.) can only receive each bonus once.

  4. Abuse of Promotions: Abuse of any promotional offers from Zoome Casino is prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the casino reserves the right to confiscate any winnings obtained through the abuse of bonus offers and to ban the account from future bonuses.

  5. Fraudulent Activity: Zoome Casino management reserves the right to withhold or confiscate any winnings or profits obtained through fraudulent or other unfair practices. Bonuses provided by ZOOME Casino are intended for genuine recreational players. Bonuses are not meant to provide free funds to players classified as “bonus hunters” or “bonus abusers.” ZOOME Casino management will review all player accounts and classify them at their discretion. Once a player is classified as a “bonus hunter,” they will no longer be eligible for bonuses; however, they can continue to play real money games. If a player is classified as a “bonus abuser,” all winnings and bonuses will be forfeited.

  6. Delay of Game Rounds: It is prohibited to delay any game rounds (including free spins and bonus rounds) to a later time when you no longer need to use bonuses and/or make new deposits. If a player is suspected of such behavior, Zoome Casino management reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and any winnings obtained from them at their discretion.

  7. Dispute Resolution: In case of any disputes, the casino reserves the final decision.
